From 16 to 20 December 2024, we’re launching a special campaign to promote the use of our Portal Payment system. This initiative is all about encouraging seamless digital payments for parking, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for every user.

2. Register Your Vehicle on the app.
3. Pay Your Parking Fee through the app.
4. Exit Smoothly: Complete your payment within 15 minutes before leaving, and you’re good to go!

Terms and Conditions for the Portal Payment Campaign Lucky Draw

Eligibility

• This contest is open to all customers who make payments for casual parking via the Snatch-P app at Pertama Complex during the campaign period (16–20 December 2024).
• Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of Malaysia.
• Employees of Snatch-P, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in the campaign are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period

The campaign will run from 16 December 2024 (12:00 AM) to 20 December 2024 (11:59 PM).

Participation

• To enter the lucky draw, participants must successfully complete a payment transaction for casual parking via the Snatch-P app at Pertama Complex within the campaign period.
• Each transaction counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed.

Prize

• A total of 10 winners will be selected to receive 500 tokens each, which can be redeemed for future parking payments.
• Tokens are non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and Announcement

• Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email or WhatsApp within seven (7) working days after the campaign ends.
• Winners must provide valid contact details to claim their prize.

Prize Redemption

• Tokens will be credited to the winners’ Snatch-P accounts within five (5) working days after confirmation of their details.
• Snatch-P is not responsible for delays or failures in prize delivery due to incorrect information provided by the winners.

Disqualification

Snatch-P reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

General

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Snatch-P reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Decisions made by Snatch-P regarding this contest are final and binding.
