Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact and decision makers of an organisation
- Generate leads and cold calls to prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their needs
- Coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted market area and sales strategies;
- Tabulate data obtained from market recce and project due diligence study and develop a proposal or quotation for the client
- Understanding client needs and offering the desired solutions and support, answering potential client quaries and responding to client requests professionally

Requirement
- Have a Diploma / Degree or higher in IT, Sales and Marketing, Business, Management, or other Business disciplines or equivalent
- Have a good verbal and written communication and interaction skills in English, Mandarin (Must) and Bahasa Melayu.
- Have an extrovert, outgoing and energetic character that enjoy field works and friendly interaction with others.
- Have people skills and is goal-oriented.
- Have good analytical and number crunching abilities.

- Have own transport.

We are looking for a skilled Network Technician to undertake tasks of network development and maintenance. You will be responsible for designing the network in ways that optimize its performance.

- Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
- Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work
- Do regular data backups to protect the organization’s information
- Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions
Requirement
- Proven experience as network technician or relevant position
- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
- CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred
- BSc/BA in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field

Looking for an experienced senior technician to manage and install cashless parking payment system in Klang Valley area. In this position, you shall have ability to perform maintenance, repair and installation of parking management system, make sound decisions within established guidelines; keep accurate maintenance records; work independently; organize, prioritize and follow-up on work assignments; analyze system problems; follow written and oral directions.

Community care executives are the support system of the organizations that often communicate with customers to relate, listen, understand, and provide support.
Job Description
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Identify customer needs and help customers to use specific features.
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
- Update our internal databases with information about customer issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Train and support operator about new features and functionalities.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist.
- Assist Operator/Landlord on 1st Level Troubleshooting.
- Issuing a Ticket for Technical Issue Related and escalate to the owner of process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
